Deluxe restaurant at George V Hotel

Ever since George V hotel opened in 1928, Le Cinq has been synonymous with refined French haute cuisine. This sophisticated and luxurious restaurant which definitely deserves its three stars in the Michelin guide is overseen by chef Philippe Legendre, former chef at Taillevent. The elegant dining room in tones of gray and pale pink has a high ceiling adorned with stucco medallions and flower arrangements by Jeff Leatham are everywhere. Legendre combines fresh regional ingredients in order to create dazzling classic and contemporary French dishes. House specialties include roasted turbot, tarte of artichokes and black Périgord truffles, farm-raised veal chop coated with truffle and Pantelleria capers and the legendary Bresse chicken, stuffed with crayfish and herbs, which goes back to the days of Edith Piaf.

Dinner reservations should be made 4 weeks in advance and lunch reservations 1 week in advance. Formal attire is required. Fixed-price menus are available ranging from 75 to 120 euros.
