A 19th century residence, Hotel du Parc is located in close proximity to the Montparnasse Tower, in a quiet neighbourhood, facing a lovely square. It offers a great base for exploring Paris as the Montparnasse metro/RER and train station is nearby. The Montparnasse Cemetery, the Catacombs and Luxembourg gardens are in walking distance. Many restaurants, cafes, bars and creperies can be found in the area. A grocery store sits just outside the hotel if you want to prepare a meal and an open foodmarket down the street sells fresh ingredients.

The 32 single and double rooms may seem quite outdated in their pastel colors but they are soundproof and have air-conditioning. Not all rooms have private bathrooms but the ones that do are equiped with shower or bathtub. Amenities include small safe, TV and phone. Prices for a double room range from 90 to 110 euros. Breakfast is 5.5 euros.
